Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern participation in the outdoor escape game Operation Silver C (hereinafter "the game") operated in Prague. By reserving a mission, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
Participants must be at least 15 years of age. Persons under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Each team consists of 2–6 players.
Booking & Payment
A reservation is binding upon email confirmation. Payment of 55 EUR per team is due before the mission starts. Free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the scheduled start. Late cancellations are charged at 100% of the price.
Code of Conduct
Participants must follow organizer instructions, respect public spaces and bystanders. Damaging property, entering restricted areas, and participating under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Participation is at your own risk. The operator is not liable for injury or property damage caused by failure to follow rules or instructions. Total operator liability is limited to the price paid.
Intellectual Property
All game content, including storyline, puzzles, graphics, and materials, is protected by copyright. Reproduction or distribution without written consent of the operator is prohibited.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Prague.
